GAS LAB, steadfast in its dedication to perpetual enhancement and technical superiority, proudly operates an internal Research and Development (R&D) facility, dedicated to scrutinizing and innovating gas processes. This commitment extends to collaborative efforts with numerous Indian and International research institutes, aiming to both refine existing processes and forge new pathways in gas management and carbon capture technology.
A subject that resonates profoundly with us is the research on Carbon Capture and CO2 Sequestration, which is vigorously explored within our in-house R&D Centre. GAS LAB not only delves into the theoretical aspects of carbon management but actively applies these concepts in practical applications of carbon capture and storage (CCS) technologies.
In 2014, GAS LAB unveiled its inaugural CO2 sequestration technology, marking a significant milestone in our journey towards advancing carbon sequestration and storage solutions in the industry (Patent pending). Our endeavors in this realm underscore our unwavering commitment to not only developing but also practically implementing carbon capture technology, thereby contributing to global efforts in managing carbon emissions effectively and sustainably.

In addition to our manufacturing prowess, GAS LAB undertakes the revamping of older plants, providing preventive measure recommendations, and supplying a skilled workforce - including chemists, operators, and engineers - to operate CO2 and gas extraction plants, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
Cryostar Tanks and Vessels, our sister company, is equipped with a modern, comprehensive, and fully-equipped fabrication facility, offering holistic solutions in the design, manufacture/fabrication, supply, erection, and commissioning of critical process equipment and machinery. This is utilized across various sectors, including oil and gas, refinery, petrochemicals, fertilizers, industrial gas units, and other allied industries, with a special focus on the production of CO2 cryogenic tanks.
The company holds approvals from The Chief Controller of Explosives, Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO), Nagpur (India) for manufacturing pressure and cryogenic vessels as per SMPV rules, and The Directorate of Boilers, for manufacturing boiler and boiler parts as per Indian Boilers Regulations (IBR), further being U-Stamped and R-Stamped for pressure vessels.
